This is done on a monthly or quarterly basis to increase accountability towards health & wellness goal setting. The day can be divided into time slots for employees to select, allowing it to be flexible to the work schedule. Employees who engage in this sort of practice provided by their workplace often feel a greater sense of autonomy and have better communication skills regarding their needs!
